• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the customer commitments made in operational railway operations
• Proactively monitoring trains and intervening in a customer-, safety- and operations-oriented manner in case of deviations
• Responsible for ensuring availability and operation of traffic around the clock (24/7 shift work)
• Central hub for the exchange of information and data between various stakeholders (customers, partner railways, etc.)
• Compliance with working time regulations and laws for the operating personnel deployed
• Ensuring quality in the execution of transports within the European network, taking into account the applicable regulations
• You have professional experience in railway operations and want to develop further in the field of dispatching
• Furthermore, you find various challenges in daily railway operations an exciting challenge
• Additionally, you work reliably, networked, and have an eye for the big picture without losing sight of the details
• Besides German, you have good language skills in English (mandatory) and Italian (desirable)
