Living & Housing «In der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and encompasses living, care, catering through the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 150 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service and administration. Your tasks
- Ensuring a high quality of care
- Training and further education of the persons responsible for specialist care in the departments
- Professional leadership of the specialist responsible for geriatrics in the residential groups
- Professional advice and support for nursing teams, residents and relatives in complex care situations
Your profile
- Completed training as a Nurse Specialist APN (e.g. Master in Nursing)
- Several years of professional experience in the role
- Very good knowledge of evidence-based nursing methods
- Communicative and organisational skills
- Enjoyment of independent work and interdisciplinary collaboration
