For our locations in Disentis, Andermatt, Zermatt, and Brig, we are looking for a flexible and motivated personality for the role of customer companion. The training starts on May 1, 2026.
Your Field of Activity
- You advise and support our national and international customers on the regional trains across the entire network of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn between Zermatt and Disentis
- You are a travel companion, host, and central contact person for our demanding customers on the premium product "Glacier Express"
- You take on operational and commercial tasks during train accompaniment and ensure a high travel comfort for our guests
- You actively advise and sell attractive additional offers on the trains of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn
- On the train, you ensure with your excellent customer service that our guests enjoy traveling by train often and gladly
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in the service sector / sales / tourism or gastronomy
- You have a pronounced customer orientation and appreciate direct and personal contact with our guests
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- You see irregular working hours and weekend shifts as an opportunity for flexible leisure time
