Welder / Finisher (m/f/d)

For our client, an established company in the industrial manufacturing sector, we are looking for a reliable and quality-conscious individual as a TIG Welder (m/f/d). In this responsible role, you will carry out welding and rework tasks on metal constructions and contribute significantly with your expertise to maintaining high quality standards and ensuring a smooth production process.

Your Tasks

• Perform welding work using the TIG process on metal components and constructions
• Rework and finish weld seams to ensure high-quality execution
• Carry out correction and repair work on welded components
• Inspect weld seams according to quality and production specifications
• Close collaboration with production and manufacturing teams
• Adherence to safety, quality, and deadline requirements
• Documentation of completed work and reporting of deviations
• Participation in the continuous optimisation of workflows

Your Profile

• Completed training in the metal sector or several years of professional experience as a welder
• Experience in TIG welding (process 141)
• Valid welding certificates are an advantage
• Manual dexterity as well as careful and precise working methods
• High quality awareness and technical understanding
• Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
