We are an agile team in the field of Investment Management & Advisory and develop solutions around portfolio management. We accompany our applications throughout the entire lifecycle, from the idea and requirements analysis through implementation to operation, support and continuous further development.
For this, we are looking for a personality who wants to connect banking and technology, understands professional contexts and enjoys designing solutions.
Artificial intelligence is also changing our daily work. We want to actively use these possibilities and are looking for someone who is curious about new technologies and wants to help shape the further development of their own role.

• the analysis and understanding of professional requirements in banking and portfolio management
• accompanying our solutions throughout the entire lifecycle: analysis, conception, implementation, testing, introduction and support
• the analysis of complex professional and technical issues as well as the sustainable resolution of customer and production problems
• collaborating with customers, product owners, business analysts and software engineers
• translating professional needs into understandable and actionable requirements and solutions
• the continuous improvement of existing applications, processes and ways of working
• the sensible use of artificial intelligence and modern AI tools in analysis, documentation, problem solving and implementation
• the opportunity to work increasingly technically alongside classic business analysis and to develop yourself, for example through scripting or programming

• with your know-how in banking, ideally in portfolio management, investment management, securities or investment advice
• with your experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, software development, application support or a comparable activity
• with your understanding of the interplay between professional expertise, software development and operations
• with your experience in dealing with artificial intelligence and the ability to use AI tools purposefully as well as critically assess their results
• with your pronounced technical affinity and your interest in dealing with technical issues
• if you have already gained initial experience with programming, scripting, databases or similar technical topics. This is a plus but not a requirement
• with your initiative, your team orientation and your willingness to take responsibility
• with very good German skills. English skills are an advantage
