For our nursing pool in the somatics area in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for committed and flexible Health Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who wish to apply their expertise specifically in various areas of deployment. Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (SRK recognition is required for qualifications obtained abroad)
• Interest in assignments in various departments within an acute hospital
• High social and professional competence as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Independent, flexible, and responsible working style
• Willingness to work early, late, and night shifts according to your wishes and availability

Tasks

• You accompany and care for patients in various somatic specialist areas and work closely with qualified nursing staff
• You carry out the nursing tasks assigned to you independently, professionally, and according to the individual care plan
• You ensure proper basic and treatment care and document all nursing measures carefully and comprehensibly
• You support and responsibly participate in diagnostic, therapeutic, and medical-technical measures
• Through your open and respectful communication, you make a valuable contribution to interprofessional collaboration and a positive team culture
