Role:
As a Service Technician Household Appliances, you will be deployed on-site with our customers and ensure the reliable operation of household appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. In addition to service and repairs, you advise customers on the choice of new appliances and actively contribute to the further development of our customer service.
Responsibilities:
Service and repairs of household appliances of various brands
Assignments at customers’ premises in kitchen and laundry room
Advising customers on the selection of new appliances on site
Active participation in the continuous improvement of our customer service
Qualifications:
Completed training as assembly electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, mechatronics technician or comparable
Experience in service and repair of household appliances is an advantage
NIV 15 connection permit is an advantage
Strong technical understanding and manual skills
Very good German skills and good manners
Independent and reliable working style
Neat, customer-oriented appearance
Driving licence Category B
Residence in the region
