As part of our development, we are looking for a CNC Screw Machinist

The Company

Gimmel Rouages SA is a family business founded in 1926, located in Val-de-Ruz in Villiers (NE). The seventy or so employees practise about ten different trades in the field of manufacturing miniature components, notably for the biggest watch brands. Always independent, Gimmel Rouages SA is recognised for the quality of its work and the finesse of its creations. Through its training and local recruitment policy, the company employs a large number of people from the region.

Your Main Tasks

• Create programmes
• Set up and adjust machines
• Make/sharpen tools
• Carry out in-process controls, monitor and optimise production
• Perform first-level maintenance and upkeep of equipment

Your Profile

• Have professional experience in CNC screw machining
• Enjoy working with small parts requiring a high level of quality
• Be rigorous and reliable
• Have a good team spirit
• Willingness to commit long-term
