To strengthen our F&B team, we are looking for a Supervisor Event Service (m/f/d) 60-100%. Please let us know your desired workload, as flexibility is our middle name.

Your mission:

• First point of contact for our event guests on site
• Ensuring a smooth operational process within the banquet service department
• Providing all necessary resources for upcoming events
• Active participation in all tasks in the banquet area – from setup to follow-up of an event
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction, comprehensive guest care, and handling complaint management
• Cross-departmental, team-promoting collaboration
• Maintenance of existing inventory and furniture
• Operational support in other F&B outlets if needed

What makes you stand out:

• Completed training in hospitality and/or gastronomy or an equivalent qualification
• You have initial leadership experience and see yourself as a role model for employees
• You demonstrate charm, social skills, and an authentic, natural friendliness in dealing with guests, superiors, and colleagues
• You are characterised by innovative ideas and are an organisational talent
• You always keep an overview and remain calm even during busy periods
• You gladly take on responsibility and possess excellent communication skills (D/E, F advantageous) as well as an independent working style
• High flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
