- Ensuring timely, economical, and high-quality project execution
- Professional leadership and support of project staff during all project phases
- Competent advice and support for clients, architects, and other project participants
- Active participation in the optimisation of internal processes
- An advantage is further education at HF, FH level or a federal specialist certificate in building services engineering
- Practical experience in planning and designing ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with enjoyment in collaboration and leadership of employees
- Fluent German skills are indispensable
- Versatile and responsible role with varied projects

Tasks
- Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of demanding projects in the HVAC sector- Ensuring timely, economical, and high-quality project execution
- Professional leadership and support of project staff during all project phases
- Competent advice and support for clients, architects, and other project participants
- Active participation in the optimisation of internal processes
Profile
- Completed training as building services planner EFZ, heating installer EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ, ventilation technician EFZ, or comparable qualification- An advantage is further education at HF, FH level or a federal specialist certificate in building services engineering
- Practical experience in planning and designing ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with enjoyment in collaboration and leadership of employees
- Fluent German skills are indispensable
