You lead a team of 14 employees and one logistics trainee in the areas of warehouse logistics, order picking, intralogistics, and transport logistics
- You promote and develop your employees according to the leadership principles
- You are responsible for personnel deployment planning and the continuous availability of materials
- You ensure customer deliveries in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery date
- You design and ensure efficient workflows and are responsible for occupational safety and health
- You actively participate in projects for the further development of the logistics site
- You optimize and improve the overall performance of the logistics center in terms of service and costs
