Sales Consultant Field Service (m/f)

Due to the retirement of our previous position holder, we are looking for a committed personality who will further develop our sales area in the Aargau South region with sales talent, empathy, and an independent working style.
Your tasks – versatile and responsible
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships around modern ELCO heat generation systems (heat pumps, gas, oil)
- Targeted acquisition of new customers in your sales region
- Analysis of customer needs and development of individual solutions
- Responsibility for achieving your sales targets
- Participation in specialist events and customer training
- Market observation and actively gathering relevant information
Your profile – professionally strong, personally convincing
- Sales experience in field service, preferably in a technical environment
- Completed basic technical training EFZ, ideally related to heating, HVAC, or building technology sector
- Passion for direct customer contact as well as a confident, professional appearance
- A pronounced sales instinct combined with negotiation skills and communication strength
- Independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking, and high self-motivation
- Team spirit and a solution-oriented attitude
