• Measuring carriage bodies and documenting measurement results
• Adjusting floor pans, diagonals, and crash boxes
• Setting up and checking gauges for assemblies
• Inspecting attached parts according to drawings and grinding plans
• Conducting intermediate inspections
• Measuring assemblies and accident vehicles
• Adjusting main cross beams, couplings, and HF
• Performing VT/PT tests as required

• Completed technical basic training in metal, vehicle, or mechanical engineering
• Technical understanding and confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Knowledge of 3D measurement technology, ideally with Leica laser trackers
• Careful, independent, and quality-conscious working style
• Good manual dexterity and spatial imagination
• High concentration ability and precision; team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of precise work
• Good physical condition for activities involving standing, walking, and occasional kneeling
