Social Pedagogue or Care Specialist (a)

In our school boarding house, you accompany young people with special needs in a youth residential group through their daily lives. Together with your team, you promote their development, shape the group’s daily routine and work closely with parents, school and therapeutic specialists.
Your tasks
- With your empathetic manner, you accompany the young people and promote their individual development.
- As a reliable reference person, you provide guidance to the young people and build sustainable relationships.
- You take responsibility for planning and organising a varied group daily routine, from daily and weekly schedules to leisure and holiday activities.
- You contribute to the support planning according to ICF as well as to the implementation and further development of individual support measures.
- You support the residential group with administrative tasks as well as in the shared household.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a social pedagogue, care specialist or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you hold a diploma as a vocational trainer or practical trainer or are interested in completing this with our support.
- You are willing to work irregular hours as well as shifts on weekends and during school holidays.
- Your strength lies in building trusting relationships and responding individually to people.
- Even in challenging situations, you act solution-oriented and keep a cool head.
