About the job
Head of Work and Experience 80-100%
The Work and Experience area offers adults with cognitive and physical disabilities a daily structure with basal stimulation, in creative fields of activity, and as participation. Due to the retirement of our manager, we are looking for a successor for the Work and Experience department.
- Management of the department with 12 people including an intern
- Direct involvement in the offers (approx. 50-60%), e.g. forest group, basal stimulation
- Consolidation, review, and if necessary, adjustment of the offer
- Close cooperation with the residential groups and management as well as integration of the offer into the entire foundation
- Representation in the extended area management round
- Training as a care specialist, in occupational therapy or related professions
- Several years of experience working with people with disabilities as well as
- Several years of experience in a comparable function
- Clear, cooperative leadership style
- Resilient, healthy person with empathy, sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and flexibility
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent and varied activity
