Polymechanic / CNC Milling Expert (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of 5-axis milling machines
• Programming parts from scratch using CAM
• Precise work according to technical drawings and confident handling of complex geometries
• Responsibility for the production of high-quality individual parts and small series
• Ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy through appropriate measurement and testing processes
• Optimisation of existing manufacturing processes in terms of efficiency and precision

We expect

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, ideally on 5-axis machines
• Sound knowledge in CAM programming (e.g. Mastercam, Hypermill or similar)
• Very good technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings confidently
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Team spirit and high quality orientation
