Tasks and Responsibilities

Professional and personnel management of controlling across multiple locations as well as continuous development of processes, instruments and reporting structures
Review and assurance of the plausibility of quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparation of meaningful reports, analyses and key figures
Management and development of budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Active support of business units in economic decisions and sustainable management of the company
Responsibility for financial management as well as sparring partner to the finance management in strategic and operational decisions
Analysis and preparation of business management key figures, identification of optimisation potentials and development of recommendations for action for sustainable company development
Management and development of cost controlling to ensure economical and transparent service delivery across all locations and departments
Development and maintenance of our BI tool (Qlik Sense) as well as promotion of data-based decision-making foundations
Participation in and leadership of cross-departmental projects to optimise processes and further develop the company

Your Profile

Higher business administration education (FH/University, expert in accounting & controlling or comparable)
Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in a project-oriented service or engineering environment, as well as initial experience in leading or developing employees
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business partnering
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and D365FO, experience with BI tools is an advantage
Analytical and conceptual strength as well as a strong affinity for numbers
Fluent in German, French and English at least business fluent
