For our client, based in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for:

Plastic Boilermaker

Main tasks

• Manufacture of parts and items in plastic materials (HDPE, PP, PVC, PVDF, etc.).
• Reading and interpretation of technical plans.
• Marking out, cutting, machining, assembling and finishing parts.
• Performing welds (extrusion, hot air, polyfusion depending on materials).
• Assembly and fitting of tanks, pits, inspection chambers, ducts and customised equipment.
• Quality control of productions before shipment.
• Compliance with manufacturing, safety procedures and deadlines.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in plastic boilermaking (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Excellent mastery of plastic welding techniques.
• Plan reading essential.
• Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.
• Team spirit and concern for well-done work.
• Category B driving licence appreciated.

Skills required

• Mastery of thermoplastic materials.
• Good use of workshop machines (saw, planer, milling machine, bending machine, etc.).
• Ability to produce customised items with a high level of quality.
• Versatility and ability to adapt to varied productions.
