The Office for Building Construction plans, realises and maintains the cantonal buildings. For the Altdorf location, we are looking for a committed individual as Project and Construction Manager Building Construction due to retirement as of 1 February 2027 or by agreement.

Tasks
- Independent construction management for smaller to medium-sized conversion, renovation and new construction projects
- Coordination of project participants including user requirements
- Control and monitoring of construction projects regarding costs, deadlines and quality
- Tendering, awarding, cost control, acceptance and project completion
- Coordination of building maintenance and participation in medium- and long-term maintenance planning
- Professional support of the Head of the Building Construction Office in construction and real estate matters
Expectations
- Training as a draughtswoman / draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture or comparable basic construction technical training
- Further training in construction management
- Several years of professional experience in building construction as well as experience in construction management
- Knowledge of tenders, cost management and construction processes
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
