IT System Engineer (f/m/d), 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our infrastructure team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated IT System Engineer (f/m/d), 100%.

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our on-premises and cloud-based services, supporting automation, and ensuring the stability and scalability of our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Azure services, and Office 365 administration.

Your tasks:

• Manage and maintain on-premises Active Directory infrastructure, including GPOs, organizational units, and user/computer accounts.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Azure Cloud Shell scripts for automation, system monitoring, and reporting.
• Administer and integrate Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) with on-prem AD and other cloud services.
• Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID for secure and efficient identity and access management.
• Oversee and troubleshoot Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security resources.
• Lead the migration of on-premise infrastructure to Azure, ensuring minimal disruption and full post-migration functionality.
• Implement and uphold IAM best practices across both on-prem and cloud systems.
• Conduct regular audits, updates, and backups to ensure compliance and system integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, create and maintain technical documentation, and support knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Your profile:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity models.
• Familiarity with Azure IaaS services and migration best practices.
• Solid understanding of IT security, IAM principles, and infrastructure compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent English and good German skills.
