What you can achieve
- You support the clinic management in hiring new psychologists and are involved as a manager in the further development of the PZM in overarching general projects
- Active networking and participation in internal committees are part of your responsibilities, as well as networking with other psychological services in the canton
- You plan and accompany the individual training of our psychologists
- You lead working and project groups, plan and hold specialist lectures and conferences
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a psychotherapist and preferably as a supervisor (federally recognized advanced training title in psychotherapy and professional practice permit BAB)
- You have several years of professional experience and solid leadership responsibility including leadership training
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- You enjoy organizational and planning tasks, are extremely customer-oriented and represent the concerns of your area credibly and consistently
- You work solution-oriented, independently, are resilient and team-oriented
What you can look forward to
- In this demanding and versatile role, you take over the organization and coordination of the PZM-wide activities of the Psychology Department and ensure the associated subject-specific processes
- You are responsible for the further development of the Psychology Department and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- As a professional contact person, you support psychologists with supervision and intervision
- You lead the Gestalt Therapies area with eight therapists
