In this position, you are part of the Law & Services 3 department of Protekta. Together with your team of lawyers, you are responsible for handling cases in the areas of liability and insurance law.

What to expect

You independently handle legal cases in the field of liability and insurance law and advise our insured persons (verbally/written) with your social skills and a healthy dose of service orientation on all questions concerning the legal case.

Your core tasks lie in verbal and written negotiations with our clients, opposing parties, authorities, opposing lawyers, and other legal representatives. In social insurance law, you draft objections and complaints.

In addition, you have the opportunity to also handle cases in other legal areas and to participate in interdisciplinary projects.

What you bring

• Completed law degree and ideally the attorney’s licence
• Customer- and service-oriented, strong negotiation skills and flexible working style
• Willingness to learn and open attitude towards digital/new topics
• Team-oriented, proactive and open personality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French or Italian skills are a plus
