Machine Operator / Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a machine operator / plant operator. In this role, you are responsible for:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production and manufacturing equipment

• Ensuring a smooth production process through continuous process monitoring

• Providing, checking and booking order materials

• Ensuring and documenting product quality according to established standards

• Strict adherence to all safety, quality, GMP, hygiene, operational and environmental guidelines

• Actively contributing to a safe, clean and efficient production environment

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Completed training in a technical field, for example as a plastics technologist, paper technologist, production mechanic, mechanic or a comparable qualification

• Practical experience in operating machines and equipment in production

• Ideally knowledge in industrial manufacturing or in the field of plastics processing

• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (early, late and night shifts)

• Independent, precise and problem-solving approach to your tasks

• Confident German language skills for oral and written communication in everyday work
