- You initiate orders, monitor the orders and consider the coordination of delivery dates and invoice verification
- Ongoing contact with national and international suppliers to clarify order and delivery details as well as to quickly resolve delivery problems
- Handling complaints and initiating appropriate measures to ensure quality and delivery reliability
- Maintenance and updating of purchasing data in the ERP system to ensure an accurate and up-to-date data basis
- Several years of professional experience in operational procurement
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Office and SAP
- Responsibility, resilience and assertiveness are not foreign concepts to you
