Controller (m/f/d)
Our partner is one of the largest private
educational institutions in the Swiss market and is represented at several locations in
Switzerland. They are distinguished by high-quality programmes
and services in practical basic and continuing education.
Role:
The company is an innovative educational service provider focusing on modern training and continuing education offers for specialists and executives. With practical learning concepts, high educational quality, and a consistent focus on the requirements of the labour market, it supports people in specifically developing their professional and personal skills.
Responsibilities:
You prepare the monthly financial reporting including analysis and commentary for management.
You monitor target specifications, conduct variance analyses, and prepare internal interim financial statements at group level.
You are responsible for the group consolidation in the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER.
You oversee cash and receivables management and ensure the implementation of defined measures.
You support subsidiaries, prepare ad-hoc analyses, and participate in internal control system and integration projects.
Qualifications:
You have a higher business administration degree with a focus on accounting or controlling.
Several years of experience in financial accounting.
You possess very good IT skills and excellent Excel user knowledge.
Analytical thinking, a structured working method, and a quick grasp characterise you.
You work solution-oriented, have a hands-on mentality, and very good German language skills.
