Role:
In this role, you actively shape medical software solutions and make a direct contribution to a self-determined life for people with spinal cord injuries. You work interdisciplinarily with highly qualified professionals from over 100 occupational groups and bring your medical expertise specifically to complex IT-related issues. You are responsible for the further development, integration, and quality of medical applications and ensure their benefit for care, therapy, and research. You drive innovation at the interface of medicine and informatics and promote collaboration on an equal footing with all involved disciplines. As an experienced leader, you shape strategy, standards, and processes in a professional IT environment with high specialisation.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you lead and develop the clinical applications team both professionally and personally.
- You manage capacities, plan, and control projects for new and existing clinical software solutions.
- You implement, configure, and optimise clinical applications and reliably resolve faults.
- As a leader in medical software solutions, you work closely with clinical departments, analyse requirements, and adapt applications specifically.
- You ensure effective support and continuous training of medical staff.
- You contribute to strategic decisions regarding digital infrastructure and consistently implement data protection and information security requirements.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree in (medical) informatics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You take on leadership responsibility with passion, clarity, and sensitivity and bring several years of experience in leading and developing diverse personalities.
- You are familiar with working with clinical professionals and have experience in implementing ICT solutions in healthcare.
- Several years of practical experience in implementing and supporting clinical applications, ideally in a leadership role, distinguish you.
- You possess sound knowledge in resource planning and project management and apply these purposefully.
- As a solution-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused personality, you unite different perspectives, set clear priorities, and represent decisions transparently.
