About the job

What are your tasks?
- Professional production of the catering offer
- Taking over daily responsibility for the kitchen
- Supporting employees in sheltered workplaces
- Maintaining agogic documentation
- Supporting and assisting apprentices
- Contributing to menu planning
- Assisting with procurement and inventory management
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

- Leadership qualities as daily responsible person

- Resilience, patience and flexibility
- Independent, careful and well-organised working method
- Team spirit and good manners
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
