Carpenter with Project Management Responsibilities (AVOR)

• Support project management during on-site measurements
• Create CAD execution plans based on architectural and standard plans
• Ensure fire protection regulations in consultation with project managers
• Create fitting lists and procure materials for projects
• Carry out project-related administrative tasks
• Represent project management during absences in dealings with clients and architects

• Completed carpentry apprenticeship with further training as planning clerk VSSM or project manager carpentry
• Experience in planning demanding carpentry work or willingness to take on this task
• Confident use of industry software such as AutoCAD and/or ZWCAD
• Strong organisational skills
• High quality awareness, teamwork, reliability, resilience, flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
