We are looking for an IPC Measurement Technician CT / IPC Measurement Technician CT for our largest production site in Haag (Rheintal), Switzerland. You will be part of our team of measurement technicians and support us in expanding and further introducing our new equipment (computed tomography).
Job Description
- Preparation, setup, and operation of devices and measuring instruments
- Introduction of the new industrial measurement method CT (computed tomography) at our site
- Creation of programmes for in-process controls (IPC) according to product-specific requirements
- Documentation of test results and test programmes in accordance with internal quality guidelines
- Close collaboration with the quality department, development, and production to optimise testing processes
Qualifications
- Completed technical training; further education in the field of metrology would be advantageous
- Professional experience in metrology
- Confident handling of technical drawings (including form and positional tolerances) and their interpretation
- Knowledge of programming, ideally in DEMIS
- Experience in CT metrology is desirable
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training purposes
