Do you speak the same language? In our AUBADE team, we are looking for committed and creative talents for the position of:
· Overall responsibility for the development and management of retail and wholesale business in Switzerland, including ensuring sales, profitability, and brand standards
· Leadership, further development, and motivation of teams as well as responsibility for recruitment, goal setting, performance management, and employee development
· Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships in the wholesale sector as well as active acquisition of new distribution partners
· Planning and implementation of sales strategy including sales planning, KPI management, and identification of growth potentials
· Negotiations with key accounts as well as representing the brand to central trade partners
· Support of sales points through targeted measures in merchandising, product recommendation, and operational excellence
· Responsibility for financial results, including profitability management and close cooperation with relevant interfaces (e.g., credit management)
· Preparation of reports, analysis of market and performance data, and derivation of recommendations for action
· Completed master's degree at a business school or an equivalent qualification; a lower educational qualification can be compensated by solid, several years of professional experience
· Several years of proven experience in managing wholesale and retail sales structures, ideally in a dynamic market environment
· Strong leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate, develop, and successfully manage teams
· Fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are an advantage)
· High social competence, pronounced communication skills, and confident appearance at all hierarchy levels
· Structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong results orientation
· Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
