You lead the central controlling as well as the business partners both professionally and personally and develop the organisation purposefully
You design the target vision for controlling and business partnering and drive the modernisation of financial management
You are responsible for cost and profit accounting, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as group-wide reporting structures
You manage budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning and derive concrete recommendations for action from KPIs and analyses
You optimise financial, business and value flow processes and strengthen governance and cost accounting
You are responsible for risk management and support departments with business and regulatory issues
You lead cross-departmental transformation, digitalisation and corporate development projects
Qualifications:
Higher business education, for example FH/university or expert diploma in accounting and controlling
Several years of controlling and leadership experience in the energy, industrial or comparable complex corporate environment
Very good knowledge of modern ERP, reporting and analytics solutions, especially SAP FI/CO; Odoo knowledge is an advantage
Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills combined with a hands-on mentality
Fluent German skills at least at C2 level as well as convincing communication and leadership qualities
