Your tasks
- Responsibility for pupil administration from school entry to school leaving
- Participation in the planning and implementation of the annual allocation process
- Coordination of external pupil transport (school bus)
- Administration in the area of special education
- Support in organising winter sports camps
- Participation in the further development of administrative processes
- Telephone and counter service for parents, teachers and other stakeholders
We expect
- Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), preferably in a public administration
- Professional experience in a school administration of a primary school
- Very good IT skills (MS Office) and Scolaris V
- Careful, independent working style, resilience and a high customer and service orientation
- Openness and enjoyment in dealing with people
- High social competence as well as good team and communication skills
