For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Grenchen SO area, we are looking for a reliable, precise and technically skilled individual as a CNC Polymechanic / Manufacturing Technology 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will take on demanding tasks in mechanical manufacturing. You will set up CNC machines, process workpieces according to drawings, and ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy and deadlines are met.
- Manufacturing individual parts, small series or series according to drawings and specifications
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Optimising machining processes, tools and programmes
- Reading and implementing technical drawings, manufacturing documents and inspection plans
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Supporting prototypes, special parts or technical adjustments
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as ensuring a clean workplace
- Collaboration with production planning, quality assurance, assembly and production
- Compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
- Experience in CNC turning, CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and handling tolerances
- Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens or comparable systems is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, precise and independent working style
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of precise manufacturing
- Willingness to take responsibility for quality and clean workflows
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on area of deployment

Profile
