Sorting Staff Sawmill 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires reinforcement for the sawmill in Worb. Look forward to a varied role with responsibility in a well-coordinated team within a modern production environment. Your duties include:

• Operating and monitoring the Rosens sorting plant

• Sorting sawn timber according to quality criteria

• Quality inspection of the manufactured products

• Measuring and checking the wood dimensions as well as adjusting the measuring system

• Monitoring the residual wood supply

• PC tasks: taking over and adjusting cutting plans as well as reconciling the dimensions

• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on the machines ?

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed vocational training in a craft-related field, ideally related to wood processing

• Practical experience in a manufacturing industrial company is advantageous

• Confident handling of technical equipment and machines

• Independent and conscientious working style

• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn

• Committed personality with a strong team spirit

• Enthusiasm for working with the natural material wood
