Logistics Specialist EFZ Hospital Pharmacy

The Institute for Hospital Pharmacy ensures the pharmaceutical supply for the entire Insel Group 365 days a year, around the clock. Medicines are procured both domestically and internationally and manufactured in the in-house production department. We are also the contact point for all specialist questions regarding medicines. What to expect

• Receipt and inspection of goods deliveries, conducting clarifications with suppliers
• Physical storage and picking of medicines including hazardous materials
• Operation of the picking machine (storage / retrieval, simple maintenance tasks)
• Processing of goods returns, management of the medicine warehouse
• Working hours are distributed over full working days on Monday, Tuesday and Friday as well as mornings on Wednesday and Thursday

What you bring

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes
• Precise and quality-conscious working method
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics is an advantage
• Experience with SAP
• Physically resilient and flexible
• Forklift licence available
• Good oral and written German skills as well as MS Office knowledge
