Regional Facility Services Real Estate Manager

As the reference service in construction matters, the Building Office represents the interests of the Canton of Graubünden as a property owner and/or client and is responsible for all real estate management services. Its tasks include structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, construction, and management of properties, as well as consulting activities.
For April 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a Regional Facility Services Real Estate Manager.
As a Regional Facility Services Real Estate Manager, you will find an open working environment in Chur as well as in the regions, interesting opportunities for professional development, and a certain degree of flexibility to balance work, family, and leisure time.
- Ensuring high availability of infrastructure and cantonal buildings as well as efficient and smooth provision of necessary services
- Responsibility for coordinating, directing, and planning staff deployment as well as for billing and controlling maintenance work related to real estate management and services in the assigned portfolio
- Planning and managing special tasks related to assigned properties
- Supporting real estate management assistants in the proper professional training and execution of cleaning and maintenance work of the building substance as well as external facilities
- Supporting real estate management assistants in coordinating interventions by external service providers (e.g., craftsmen, cleaning companies, etc.)
- Active collaboration in service delivery and continuous improvement of existing processes
- Completed training in a craft or technical field
- Professional development as a facility management and maintenance manager (EPS) or willingness to undertake this training
- Strong sense of responsibility and high quality awareness
- Willingness to provide support in case of technical interventions
- Interdisciplinary thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented working method
- Good computer skills
