- Responsibility for the HR administration of an assigned area (entry and exit formalities, employment contracts, contract changes, work certificates, personnel data maintenance)
- First point of contact for administrative issues in the assigned area
- Deputy within HR administration
- Assistance in the further development of HR processes in administration
- Creating statistics and evaluations
- Support for the co-leaders HR administration & recruitment (e.g. co-organizing events, optimizing the use of HR tools, etc.)
- Commercial basic training and HR-specific further education (e.g. personnel assistant)
- Professional experience in a comparable position (preferably in healthcare)
- Good labor law knowledge is an advantage, ideally in the public sector
- Confident use of the MS Office suite and various HR tools as well as affinity for other IT systems
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- High service and team-oriented attitude

The KZU with its two in-house day care centers operates two nursing centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three nursing apartments in Nuerensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
