YOUR TASKS

• Leading a small team
• Implementation of the tariff strategy as well as the processes around tariff implementation and service recording on-site in the clinic
• Tariff-based revenue optimization in day-to-day business and in the strategic development of the clinic
• Interface between centralized departments (patient administration, billing, fees, tariffs & contracts) and the clinic
• Reporting on performance- and case-related revenue development in collaboration with controlling
• Knowledge transfer, training, and consulting for the clinic as well as local contact person for questions regarding tariffs
• Ensuring adequate cost estimates

YOUR PROFILE

• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Completed commercial vocational training or completed studies HF/FH related to healthcare
• Proficient in medical terminology (ideally professional experience in an operational medical function)
• Solid knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing
• Basic coding knowledge
• Proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in German and English
