YOUR TASKS
- Leading a small team
- Implementation of the tariff strategy as well as the processes around tariff implementation and service recording on-site in the clinic
- Tariff-based revenue optimization in day-to-day business and in the strategic development of the clinic
- Interface between centralized departments (patient administration, billing, fees, tariffs & contracts) and the clinic
- Reporting on performance- and case-related revenue development in collaboration with controlling
- Knowledge transfer, training, and consulting for the clinic as well as local contact person for questions regarding tariffs
- Ensuring adequate cost estimates
YOUR PROFILE
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Completed commercial vocational training or completed studies HF/FH related to healthcare
- Proficient in medical terminology (ideally professional experience in an operational medical function)
- Solid knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing
- Basic coding knowledge
- Proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in German and English
