Head of E-Commerce, 80-100%

Responsibilities

You are responsible for revenue, conversion rate and profitability of the two e-commerce platforms and actively manage them through clear key figures
You generate more revenue from existing traffic: with upselling, cross-selling, optimised shopping cart, a strong customer journey and delivery conditions that convince in terms of price and speed
You plan the year and budget, set priorities and consistently align resources with revenue targets
You lead e-commerce, fulfilment and customer service as a lean, performance-oriented organisation
You work closely with Marketing Services, CRM and external partners to ensure traffic and shop jointly deliver revenue

You come from B2C online retail with consumer goods, have at least 8 years of professional experience, including several years in a leadership role, and a completed higher education in business, e-commerce
You have demonstrably managed revenue and conversion in e-commerce and delivered growth
You have led a team across several functions, such as shop, fulfilment and customer service, and are accustomed to taking responsibility for results in a demanding operational environment
You are a sales talent and lead your team to consistently focus everything on customer success
You identify and eliminate friction in the customer journey so that a first purchase becomes a repeat purchase
