The Elementary Assessment ELA of the BSB provides competent assistance for people who have been excluded from the work process for a long time due to an accident or a physical or mental illness, and for young people who have not yet been able to successfully integrate into the working world.

Together with an interdisciplinary team, you analyse the findings and incorporate them into final discussions and recommendations.

- Experience in supporting clients with physical and/or mental impairments is an advantage
