At Abbott Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), we develop comprehensive, effective, and cost-efficient solutions for the control and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
To strengthen the Swiss sales team, we are looking for a
Sales Representative (m/f/d) Cardiac Rhythm Management - Greater Zurich Area and Southeastern Switzerland
ideal place of residence: Upper Lake Zurich Region
In this position, you have geographic responsibility for the Zurich and Southeastern Switzerland region and, in addition to the classic sales responsibility for an assigned territory, a strong focus on the overarching market development for CRM solutions in the sales area.
In addition to supporting and expanding existing customers, you are also responsible for establishing new accounts. Additionally, you take responsibility for planning and organizing specific customer events and initiatives for Switzerland, including the involvement of the necessary resources and colleagues.
Tasks
- Achieving sales and revenue targets through consistent customer care, expanding these as well as establishing new customers and accounts
- Identification, expansion, and maintenance of an intensive referrer-network, to connect patients with the clinics that use our implants
- Development of tools and evaluations to optimize own sales results and efficiency
- Regular review of implant statistics and sales reports to derive sales activities
- Regular updating of market and product knowledge including competitors in close exchange with management
- Implantation support for the responsible sales area
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, ideally within medical technology or with cardiologists
- Successful sales experience with complex medical products / CRM
- Fluent German and good English skills; additional national language is an advantage
- Independent and very well-organized personality, customer-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the local sales area
- Preferably residing or willing to relocate to the Upper Lake Zurich Region
