Digital Growth Manager

80-100% in Zurich

Your Mission

You help shape how people discover, experience and entrust their assets to Globalance: from the first contact on the Globalance platform through the future check on Globalance World to the conversation with our client advisory. As a central hub of our digital platforms, you bring together content, data and AI and develop our digital flywheel from this. You work closely with various departments, have short lines to decision-makers and see directly what impact your work has.

These versatile tasks await you

• Responsible for growth

You manage the digital funnel from reach to qualified lead for client advisory, analyse performance across channels and derive concrete optimisations.

• Build reach

You make the Globalance platform and the "Future Compass Newsletter" must-reads in Switzerland and Germany – via LinkedIn, SEO, AI search, video, PR and partners.

• Acquire and activate users

You turn readers into users of Globalance World: onboarding, future check, email sequences, recommendations.

• Experiment instead of guessing

You plan and analyse A/B tests for messages, channels and landing pages, improve customer journey and conversion, and decide based on data what scales and what stops.

• Make numbers effective

You build automated KPI dashboards, prepare results understandably and act as a sparring partner for marketing, product, sales and management with clear recommendations for action.

• Use AI as a lever

You lead AI agents, agency and freelancers – and achieve with a small budget what others need a whole team for.

• Manage CRM and marketing automation

You are responsible for HubSpot: segments, lead scoring, automations and handover to client advisory.

THIS IS YOU

• Experienced

At least 3 years in digital marketing or growth, responsible for a funnel and measurable results – ideally in fintech, media or a subscription model.

• Hands-on

You implement yourself: HubSpot or comparable marketing automation, web analytics, LinkedIn and Meta ads, SEO and newsletter growth and video content.

• AI-native

You use AI daily as a working tool, build your own workflows and can show how you increase speed and quality with it. You are also interested in digital developments, future viability and sustainability beyond the job.

• Numbers and stories

You think in cohorts and conversion rates – and know that people respond to strong stories.

• Strong communicator

Confident German at native level and very good English; experience in the regulated financial environment and a network in the DACH region are advantageous.

• Creator with high self-drive

You want to build, not manage, can handle pace and uncertainty and clearly say what works – and what doesn’t.
