Role:
In this role, you take on fault analysis and repair of complex electronic assemblies and systems down to the component level. You perform manual functional tests according to defined test specifications, ensuring the reliable operation of the electronics. You are also responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of test systems, contributing to the high availability of production equipment. In close collaboration with test equipment development, you debug test programmes and apply your experience in measurement and testing technology purposefully. With your proficient use of common software tools and your clear, goal-oriented communication, you act as an important interface in a professional technical environment.
Responsibilities:
Assembly, testing and commissioning of electronic assemblies and devices
Conducting fault finding, diagnosis and repairs on electronic systems
Analysis and optimisation of electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes
Performing functional and quality tests with appropriate measuring technology
Creation and maintenance of test protocols and technical documentation
Participation in the introduction of new products into series production
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, ESD and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training as an Electronics Technician EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience in electronics manufacturing, testing technology or maintenance
Knowledge of analogue and digital technology, soldering technology as well as electronic measurement technology
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
Very good German language skills
