Deputy Head of Nursing and Care / Team Leader - 100%

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for about 26 guests
• Co-responsibility for recruiting new employees
• Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for organising ward processes, implementing work procedures and duty planning with Polypoint PEP
• Leading and managing as well as participating as team leader in nursing reports and nursing specialist discussions
• Co-responsibility for implementing internal concepts
• Active participation in the further development of nursing services in the facility
• Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Taking on tasks as daily responsible person and nursing contact person
• Taking on tasks as topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse FH/HF/DNII
• Possession of BAB is an advantage
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
