- Execution of payroll processing and related postings
- Responsibility for the administrative handling of the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Support with absence, insurance, and social security matters
- Participation in strategic HR projects and budget planning
- Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role
- Sound knowledge of payroll processing and SAP necessary
- Fluent German and very good English skills required. French skills are an advantage.
- Empathetic, implementation-strong personality with entrepreneurial thinking sought
