Altrajob supports its client, a Swiss company specialised in the manufacture of precision components and micromechanical solutions for various industrial sectors. To strengthen its Production department, we are looking for a:
Production Mechanic M/F
Temporary assignment of 12 months, 100%
Shift work in 2x8
>>> Tasks:
- Read and interpret plans and technical files
- Prepare and adjust machines under the validation of the Team Leader
- Start production runs and check the conformity of produced parts
- Carry out self-inspection during production
- Identify and report deviations or technical incidents
- Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment
- Participate in the optimisation of settings and machining times
- Respect quality, cleanliness and tidiness standards (5S)
>>> Desired profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as production mechanic or equivalent technical training
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in CNC turning
- Mastery of BIGLIA machines, essential
- Good ability to read and interpret technical plans
- Autonomous, conscientious and rigorous
- Flexible, versatile and stress-resistant
- Good team spirit and communication skills
