- You receive orders, process them independently and ensure correct and complete documentation
- You complete your tasks on time and independently
- You keep an overview even with a high volume of enquiries and work reliably in a dynamic environment
- You ensure careful and structured handling of our processes in the ERP and CRM systems
- You work closely with your team as well as with internal interfaces and show motivation for your personal and professional development
What you bring with you
- A completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FAGE or businesswoman/man with mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong PC and software skills (Microsoft Office, CRM Dynamics) as well as very high system and ERP affinity (SAP advantageous)
- Customer service experience, pronounced service orientation as well as clear communication, empathy and patience
- You have very good German skills (native speaker or equivalent) and ideally also good French skills
- A structured, careful and process-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
- Team spirit, flexibility and a high willingness to learn, especially in times of change
