What is my role?

Our client from the social insurance sector is looking for a committed specialist for claims processing. In this versatile position, you are the central point of contact for all questions regarding pension and insurance benefits. You support people in important phases of life and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your main tasks:

• Complete handling of claims cases in retirement, disability and death, including complex situations

• Analysis of medical reports and review of preliminary decisions by the IV (disability insurance)

• Carrying out benefit calculations, offsets and coordination clarifications

• Competent advice to benefit recipients and external partners by phone, email or letter

• Close cooperation with the finance department for ongoing payments and annual financial statements
