Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with CAM Experience

• Program, set up and operate 5-axis turning/milling centres (DMG Mori)
• Manufacture workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials
• Independently carry out programming directly at the machine and at the CAM workstation
• Inspect finished parts and ensure their documentation
• Produce clamping gauges, fixtures and prototypes

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable training
• Several years of experience in mechanical processing
• Sound knowledge of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
• Good to very good knowledge of Mastercam and preferably CAM experience
• Independent and precise working style with a high quality standard
