Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a:
Paediatric Nurse (M/F) at 70%
To strengthen our Paediatrics department, permanent contract as soon as possible

YOU HAVE
- A HES nursing diploma, or recognised equivalent foreign diploma by CRS
- Successful experience in a similar role in neonatology or paediatrics or paediatric emergency department with PALS, an asset
- Flexibility and availability to work day and night shifts as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month.
- Versatility and excellent stress management skills allowing you to work across our three paediatric units (emergency, paediatrics ward, neonatology)
- Strong communication and listening skills as well as a sense of multidisciplinary team work
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure triage of patients aged 0 to 16 presenting in non-life-threatening emergency situations.
- Care for paediatric emergency patients, hospitalised patients aged 0 to 16, as well as premature and full-term babies.
- Anticipate, plan, organise and provide quality care with kindness and dexterity
- Develop personalised care objectives with the child, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
- Systematically and continuously assess the clinical condition of children.
