Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. We are looking for a:

Paediatric Nurse (M/F) at 70%

To strengthen our Paediatrics department, permanent contract as soon as possible

YOU HAVE

• A HES nursing diploma, or recognised equivalent foreign diploma by CRS
• Successful experience in a similar role in neonatology or paediatrics or paediatric emergency department with PALS, an asset
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night shifts as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month.
• Versatility and excellent stress management skills allowing you to work across our three paediatric units (emergency, paediatrics ward, neonatology)
• Strong communication and listening skills as well as a sense of multidisciplinary team work

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure triage of patients aged 0 to 16 presenting in non-life-threatening emergency situations.
• Care for paediatric emergency patients, hospitalised patients aged 0 to 16, as well as premature and full-term babies.
• Anticipate, plan, organise and provide quality care with kindness and dexterity
• Develop personalised care objectives with the child, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
• Systematically and continuously assess the clinical condition of children.
